Do I still need a physical copy of my certificates?
No. Electronic certificates are accepted in most circumstances. However, it is recommended that you retain copies of your CPD records should they be required for verification or audit purposes.
When will my points be loaded?
Approved CPD providers are responsible for submitting attendance records to the HPCSA after an event. Once submitted and processed, your CPD points will appear on your professional profile.

When submitting an enquiry, include relevant details such as event information, dates attended, provider details, and any supporting documentation to assist with the investigation.
